Junior pennants is available for junior players aged between 8 – 16 yrs of age with all matches being played on Sunday mornings starting at 8.30am and finishing approx. 12 noon. Players are put into teams of 4 -6 to represent Greenwood Tennis Club.
Yellow Ball Junior Development Squad (Pennant players or aspiring pennant players)
Duration: 1 hour
Saturday: 10.00-11.00am
Cost: $165 (8 weeks)

Pennant Information
The season is divided into two parts:
1st half of the season – Oct – Dec
2nd half of the season – Feb – March
* All juniors who wish to register for junior pennants must be financial members of Greenwood Tennis Club.
Details of our junior membership are stated below:
A junior membership for 1 year costs $120. The membership runs from the 1st July 2022 – 30th June 2023.
Cost and payment details to register for Junior Pennants:
Current financial junior club members – $100 ( pennant registration fee only )
Non club members – $120 ( club membership fee) + $100 ( pennant registration
fee )
Junior Social is run on Friday afternoon by Next Step Tennis Academy Coach Jelena. Junior Social is for our junior members and any of our students through the programs. The session consists of fun based drills/games and doubles for the pennant players.
Commencement Date – Friday 26th April (4.30-5.30pm)
Features –Coach Drills Court, tennis games and doubles.
Food – Each fortnight a Sausage sizzle will be provided at the
completion of play – Cost $2
Members: free of charge
Non-members: $5
* Please note the sausage sizzle fee applies for both members and non members.
